The Biebers’ Future Plans
Justin and Hailey Bieber, formerly Hailey Baldwin, had a private courthouse wedding in 2018. Their official wedding, a traditional and religious ceremony, was in South Carolina in 2019.
Now that they’re married, are the Biebers getting ready to start their family? In a live stream that Justin Bieber posted on Instagram, it’s obvious that he’s ready to take that step.
While talking to Hailey in the stream, he said, “I’m gonna freaking crush this tour. You and me, traveling the world. Then, after the tour, we have a baby.”
In replying, Hailey added “potentially,” “eventually,” and “in a couple of years.” While Justin may be ready to take the next step, Hailey might want a little more time before they focus on raising a baby.
This isn’t the first time that Justin has expressed his desire to be a father. In this Instagram post from 2019 responding to fans pushing for another album, Bieber explains that he wants to take some time to focus on himself and get ready for the future.
“I have been looking, seeking, trial and error as most of us do, I am now very focused on repairing some of the deep rooted issues that I have as most of us have, so that I don’t fall apart, so that I can sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be. Music is very important to me but Nothing comes before my family and my health,” he wrote.
Pictures of cute babies and reposts of videos of fathers and sons are all over his Instagram, like this one, which reads, “This is something I look forward to :),” and features a heartwarming video of a father making his child laugh. Also on his Instagram are pictures of Justin, Hailey, and their dog, captioned “Family photo,” and messages full of love for Hailey.
“I promise to lead our family with honor and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide us in everything that we do and every decision we make. My heart is COMPLETELY and FULLY YOURS and I will ALWAYS put you first,” he said.
When recently interviewed on how he wants to raise his future children, Justin said, “I’m a Jesus follower. When you accept Jesus, you walk with the holy spirit. I just want to be led by the holy spirit.”
The Biebers’ Life Together
While there may not be any immediate plans for them to start a family, they both seem incredibly happy as their lives are now.
Religion and faith have been important connections between the couple since the beginning, as Justin was raised Christian and Hailey was raised an Evangelical Christian. In expressing their feelings for one another on social media, God and other religious references are often brought up and important to them.
They both attended Hillsong Church, even before their marriage, and now live in Waterloo, Ontario in a five million dollar mansion.
“Not sure what I did to deserve such happiness but I am so utterly grateful to God for giving me such an incredible person to share my life with! No words could ever express my gratitude,” Hailey wrote when they announced their engagement.
