GP Singh IPS (born 8 November 1967; Age: 55 years) is an Indian IPS officer from Assam. On January 28, 2023, he was appointed as the new DGP in Assam. He joined the Indian IPS as an officer from the 1991 batch.

GP Singh formerly held the position of Inspector General of Police (IGP) at the National Investigation Agency in New Delhi. Since his joining, he has solved several significant cases.
